Ordering and Payment
The Pennysleever makes it really easy! Just click on the items you want, then go to the checkout. Soon you’ll have your new supplies in hand.
We will occasionally offer promotional discounts, either through our website or one of our partners. If you want to get notifications, be sure and sign up for our newsletter.
There are also quantity discounts, which will automatically be calculated at checkout. Sorry, only one discount per order!
We take all major credit cards, as well as Paypal and Apple Pay. Other payment options are coming soon.
Generally, no, but if you happen to have a T206 Wagner, we might be able to work something out.

We aim to get your order on its way as soon as possible, and regret that we cannot make any changes once it has been fulfilled. If you send an email with your order number and your request before we ship, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Well, no. But we do offer subscription packages, so you can automatically get your supplies sent on a regular basis, and at a discount no less! That is kind of like throwing some stuff in a box, but with the advantage of being able to stop it at your convenience.
Shipping
Generally we use UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage.
We want to keep it easy. We offer $5 flat rate shipping on orders under $49, or free shipping on orders $49 and up.
We do offer expedited shipping. If you need things faster, be sure to choose your option at checkout.
You’ll get an instant notification when you place your order, and another one, with tracking information, when it ships.
We at The Pennysleever are impatient, too. The great folks at UPS and the post office do the best they can, but maybe you live far from our headquarters, or there was a weather event. Take a deep breath!
But if your package is missing beyond the estimated delivery window, reach out to us and we’ll look into it.
At the moment, we are limited to orders in the continental US. Check back, though… We'd love to go global someday.
Returns
We will take returns within 7 days of your order being delivered, provided it is in unused condition, with all packaging intact. Please note that we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee, and you are responsible for all shipping charges.
First off, we are really sorry your order was not received in the condition you expected. If there is damage, please take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and send them, along with a message, to info@thepennysleever.com, and somebody will be in touch to make it right?
We double check each order, but hey, we’re human! Let us know what is missing, and we’ll investigate and make it right.
