Simply reach out to us via our customer service email, info@thepennysleever.com, and include your order number, product, and a summary of your issue. Once we confirm your details, simply return your product to our warehouse. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
This guarantee is limited to one return per customer, and does not apply to any damaged or defective products (see our policy on defective products).
